Number of arbitrators
(1) If the number of arbitrators is specified in the contract, there will be three arbitrators in general, and if it is not specified, there will be three arbitrators.
(2) If the number of arbitrators appointed according to the agreement is even, the number of arbitrators shall be odd by adding one person chosen by such arbitrators.
